A&P Trucking is a family-based company that operates multiple fleet opportunities with a variety of lanes to meet your needs. Starting in 2017, founder Philip Dibble built the company into a fleet of many trucks operating shipping routes stretching over 36 states. In March of 2022 ownership transitioned to a group of investors with equally strong Management backgrounds and Philip now assists as The Operations Manager to The Board of Directors handling administrative tasks.

Philip has been driving professionally since 1998 and has many years in business management experience. He founded A&P Trucking in 2017 with his Fiance and partner April . They noticed a need for a company with a different perspective; to treat customers and their team members as part of the family and offer them more than they’ve received working for other companies.
In March of 2022, A&P Trucking was acquired by a group of investors who also share many years of strong Operations Management experience. We are excited with these new changes and additions as it will enhance opportunities for our contractors, offer additional positive growth for the company in its entirety.

April has worked hard helping manage the financial side of A&P trucking and offered many solutions to expand its growth. She cares about the wellbeing of not only the company but also the members and contractors that make it up. April assists with the management of our fleets across our partner companies and is always researching and looking for new partner companies to expand and grow with new opportunities.

Robbie joined us in 2018 as a contract driver and has been a major asset to us over the years. He has worked hard and has remained reliable, therefore working his way up through the ranks to his current position now as our Senior Director of Operations. Robbie joined our team with a strong professional driving background as well as many years of management experience. Under his new position, he will assist our Board of Directors in making administrative decisions as well as assisting in communicating with partner companies.
